1. Changes to event dates will be communicated to the participant no later than two working days in advance.
2. For individual lessons, the participant agrees the lesson schedule with us. Cancellations or changes to agreed lesson dates must be communicated to the office no later than three working days in advance.
3. Minimum number of participants: A minimum number of participants applies to all courses and is usually stated with the course. Courses that do not reach this number may be cancelled. The amount paid will be refunded. Further claims are excluded. With the consent of the participants, courses with too few participants may be held with a corresponding price increase or reduction in teaching time. If new participants join the course after the price increase has been set, the amount of the surcharge remains unaffected.
4. There are no lessons on the official public holidays of the state of Baden-Württemberg or during the period from 20 December to 6 January each year. Unless otherwise agreed, lessons take place on working days.
5. Agreed lessons that are not attended must be paid for in every case.
6. www.arabisch.name reserves the right to make necessary changes to the information in the program brochure. No verbal side agreements have been made.
7. Certificates: Certificates of attendance are issued upon request if at least 80% of the course hours have been attended. Certificates of any kind can only be issued within one year after the end of the course.
8. The contract ends automatically on the stated final lesson date.
9. Participation in lessons is at your own risk. www.arabisch.name accepts no liability for accidents on the way to or from the event, or for theft, loss or damage to items, including at events for children and young people.
10. A course/seminar will only take place if there are at least FOUR participants.
11. Costs: A deposit of 50% is due upon registration.
1. The remaining course fee is due 4 weeks before the start of the course.
2. For longer courses, fees are paid in quarterly installments in advance. Individual agreements are possible.
3. The costs listed in the program are course fees. They do not include accommodation or catering costs. The prices of the current course program apply.
12. Withdrawal: Withdrawal must always be made in writing.
13. If you withdraw up to 4 weeks before the start of the course, a processing fee of EUR 50 will be charged. If you withdraw between 4 weeks and 8 days before the start of the course, 10% of the course fee plus a EUR 50 processing fee will be charged.
14. If you withdraw later than 8 days before the start of the course or do not attend the event, the full course fee must be paid. Cancellation after the start of the course is possible with 6 weeks' notice to the end of the quarter.
